Size of factory is 50m (W) x 112m (L) = 5,600sq.m. Office space was built inside factory with 2 units; each unit has size of 100sq.m. Tenant can lease half of factory size of 2,800sq.m with office space is 100sq.m.
Factory specification:
– International standard factory frame, steel columns, steel sheet roofs, brick wall thick 20cm, 8m to column top and 12,8m to rooftop with exhaust fan,
– For the factory has 50m wide, there are 2 types: including column inside for the crane and no column inside,
